March Thank you meal..

What's cookin?

APPETIZER:
  • Home made artichoke dip with sun dried tomatoes and spinach.
ENTREE:
  • Seared steak draped over sauteed chikory in a balsamic, tomato, rosemary sauce. 
  • Roasted stuffed bell peppers for Leonie and myself.
  • Salad
DESSERT:
  • Walnut, ginger, and dark chocolate ice cream!
